Framed in the language and landscape of your organisation, they are a blend of LIVE classes (virtual or in-person) self-paced learning including short bite-sized videos, podcasts and practical activities that can be built into everyday working moments. Colleagues then come together in virtual ‘supervisory style’ sessions to share ideas about where they have used coaching, and generate ideas to overcome barriers to coaching.
