Coaching has long been seen as exclusive, available only to people with the means and networks to access it. Not only is that view outdated, but it’s also incredibly limiting. Today’s world is crying out for human connection; better conversations are what provide it.  We have an ambition to empower people to empower people. It starts with you.

My name is Nina Bainbridge.

I've seen first hand how transformational coaching conversations can be. I've also been asked many times by clients - how can I learn to do this for my friends, family or people at work? I believe everyone has the power to ignite the thinking of others, but not everyone has the time or resources to commit to costly or long coaching courses. So I've have distilled my knowledge and experience down to the essential coaching skills and made them accessible.
